| DAY 01 ARRIVE AT COCHIN |
On arrival at Cochin Airport, meet and transfer to Nimmy's Residence for 02 nights. Nimmy and Paul have been involved in 'At Home' hospitality for more than twelve years. Nimmy, a professional cookery instructor, and her stockbroker husband Paul, offer food and hospitality to foreign guests. Rest of the day to enjoy with the family. Overnight stay at Nimmy's Residence. |

| DAY 02 COCHIN |
|
Cochin - Queen of Arabian Sea, is one of the most interesting cities of India and has one of the finest natural harbors in the world. After breakfast, go for a half-day sightseeing tour of Cochin covering the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jew Town, St. Francis Church and Chinese fishing nets.
Rest of the day, to spend with Nimmy's family, enjoying a cooking demonstration. Evening, to watch the Kathakali dance performance. Overnight stay at Nimmy's Residence.

| DAY 03 COCHIN - MUNNAR |
After breakfast, drive to Munnar, the most beautiful hill station on the Western Ghats at about 7600 m above sea level. Anamudi, the highest peak in South India is near this place. On arrival, check into the Windermere Resort owned by Dr/Ms Simon. Cardamom, world's
favorite spice comes from the same protected valley of the Western Ghats of Kerala, where the Windermere Plantation Retreat is located |

| DAY 04 MUNNAR |
The Eravikulam National Park in Munnar is known for Nilgiri Tahr, an endangered species. Once the summer resort of the British, Munnar is most famous for its tea and nearly 55,000 acres of land are covered with tea plantations. Morning, drive to the Munnar hills to visit Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, the scattered villages and later, the tea factory. A visit to old Munnar and the local market will be interesting. Overnight stay at Windermere Resort.

| DAY 05 MUNNAR - THEKKADY |
Moming, checkout and drive to Periyar, a land of unending chains of hills, spice scented plantations and elephants. Periyar, one of the most famous wildlife sanctuaries of South India is famous for elephants. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can view wildlife at close quarters, from the safety of a boat on Periyar Lake. On arrival, check into the Elathottam Plantation Bungalow. |

Evening, go for a 2-hour boat cruise in the lake to watch wild animals, followed by a spice plantation visit. Overnight stay at Elathottam Plantation Bungalow. |
| DAY 06 THEKKADY - KUMARAKOM |
|
Morning, drive to Kumarakom and check into Philipkutty's Farm House for 01 night. Set within the confines of this small beautiful organic farm island are three traditional villas with ample space and privacy. Each of these villas has been built and designed keeping in mind the surrounding ecological system-while adequate steps have been taken to provide the necessary comforts for the guests. | DAY 07 KUMARAKOM - ALLEPPEY (BACKWATERS) |
Morning, free to relax. Around 1200 hrs, check into Houseboat for a 22-hr cruise from Kumarakom to Alleppey. With the Arabian Sea on the west and a vast network of lakes, lagoons and freshwater rivers crisscrossing it, Alleppey is a district of immense natural beauty. Referred to as the 'Venice of the East', this backwater country is also home to diverse animal and bird life. Over night stay in Houseboat.

| DAY 08 ALLEPPEY - TRIVANDRUM |
Breakfast on board. Later arrive at Alleppey and drive to Kovalam. Check into Wild Palms Guest House for 0 nights. After breakfast, full-day sightseeing tour of Trivandrum covering the PadmanabhaSwamy Temple, Horse Palace, Napier Museum and Sree Chitra Art Gallery. Evening, back for overnight stay at Wild Palms Guest House.
